How long is a typical session?
A typical session is usually 50-55 minutes.
What are your hours?
My hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm EST.
How much do you charge for services?
Coaching that addresses relational patterns, such as trauma and attachment challenges, requires a deep personal commitment. While profound and positive changes will unfold throughout our journey together, sustainable growth demands time, dedication, and effort. Much like prioritizing your physical health, this process is an essential investment in your well-being that requires financial preparation. Individual coaching: $215 per session. Group sessions: $55 per session.
How do I pay?
I only accept credit card payments at this time.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
If you decide that you would like to schedule an appointment with me, you will receive instructions on how to register as a new client on my patient portal system. I will email you an invitation through the portal system.
Before your first appointment, you must complete all paperwork sent to you electronically through the portal.
What is the best way to reach you?
Please contact me using the form on this website.
Do you offer in person appointments?
I only offer video appointments at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a minimum of a 24-hour (one-day) notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
Unless we discuss a different agreement (i.e., emergencies), I will charge you the full fee for sessions missed without such notification.
Do you work with couples or families?
I don’t work with couples. I occasionally allow a family member to join in on a session if we determine that this will benefit your relationship and goals.
With what age range do you work?
I work with individuals over the age of 18.
How long will it take for me to heal?
The length of our work together depends on your situation and level of functioning. I do not work with individuals who experience significant and persistent mental health challenges (e.g., psychotic disorders) and certain personality disorders. Additionally, I do not work with individuals who are actively in crisis and require a higher level of care. If you are experiencing any of these challenges, therapy will be a much better fit for you.
Every client’s journey is different. If you commit to improving the quality of your life, you may see results faster than someone who is not fully ready to do so.
How will I know if you are the right person to assist me?
You asked a great question! You will feel it in the relationship, how I respond to you, and how you feel in my presence.
Whether you look forward to our sessions or feel a bit hesitant, your feelings offer great insight into our work together. Above all, you deserve to feel safe, heard, and understood. If you ever feel that I missed the mark or misunderstood your perspective, please let me know. I am human too, and your feedback helps me help you 🙂
